Terms & Conditions

 

 Our Cancellation Policy:

      

  • We offer a flexible cancellation or modification policy.

  • A booking cancelled within 48 hours of check in, will incur the full charge of the stay. Bookings cancelled prior to this deadline will not attract a fee.

  • We are happy to discuss moving your booking to another date where possible.

 

 

Office hours:

  • Our office is open daily from 8am until 5pm

  • If our office is unattended please call  Belinda on   0419882726.

     

 

 Check in:

  • Check in time is between 14:00 and 17:00 ( 2 pm & 5 pm )

  • Please advise us of a late arrival so we may organise your cottage accordingly.

 

 

    

 Check out:

  •   Check out is at 10:00am -  for the convenience of incoming guests, cleaning of your room will commence at this time.

  •   Unplanned late departures will incur an additional charge.

  •   Late departure times may be arranged, if possible. 

 

 Payment options.

             Visa, Mastercard, Direct Debit  and of course, cash.

        

 

 Open log Fires:

  • All our cottages are heated by eco friendly reverse cycle air conditioning.

  • In cottages with a fireplace we do provide you with enough wood for a cosy romantic evening in front of a log fire. We do replenish your supply of wood and kindling every evening during your stay with us.

  • If however, you do wish to further increase your supply of wood, an additional $15 tariff applies.   

 

 Damage & Breakages:

  • Please take care of our home. You are responsible and may be liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to your cottage or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur, so that we can replace items that you may need during your stay. We do not normally charge for breakages, but we reserve the right to charge for repair or making good if the damage is significant.

 

Cleaning :

  • If you accidentally spill something –  please let us know straight away, as it is much easier to clean if  we know what it is and act quickly to remove the stain.

  • An additional cleaning tariff  may charged if deemed necessary.

 

 Smoking Policy:

  • There is no smoking within any of our cottages. If you do smoke in the estate grounds, please be considerate of our other guests.

 

Recycling:

  • In an effort to assist our environment we have placed recycling bins opposite our office. Otherwise, please, just leave your recycling for us to collect after your departure.

  • The estate operates an "enviro-cycle" waste water system, so please use the cleaning products we supply as they are fully bio degradable and compatible with our water recycling requirements.
